General shipping

– All products are proudly printed in the United States.

– Orders print and ship Monday-Saturday.

– Some items may ship separately.

When will i get my stuff?

LISTED PRODUCTION TIMES:

– Standard apparel typically ships in 3-5 business days.

– Embroidery, Mugs, All Sublimation & Custom hand-made products may take around 5-10 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES:

– United States: + Standard (15 – 19 Business Days) + Expedited (8 – 15 Business Days)

– International: + Standard (15 – 28 Business Days) + Expedited (8 – 15 Business Days)

Tracking

When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email immediately, please don’t worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we are committed to ensuring that your items are delivered within that specified timeframe.

Order Changes:

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and haven’t received it, even when the tracking status indicates that it has been delivered, we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, please email us at contact@sportfanaz.com for further assistance.

Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which is out of our control.
